Welcome to the The Bigogwe Trust
The Trust was established in 2005 in order to support a Health Centre in northwest Rwanda. It was built in 1992 to serve about 200,000 people living in the area. However the Genocide supervened in 1994 and as a result the clinic had never been used, although the population has risen considerably since then. The Government of Rwanda gave responsibility for its management to the Diocese of Shyira, and the clinic was re-opened in January 2005.
